The organization shall defend the main principles of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child /adopted by General Assembly of the UN on 20.11.1959/ and the Convention on the Rights of the Child /adopted at the 44th session of the General Assembly of the UN in 1989/ concerning the development of the individual, the talents, mental and physical abilities of the child in their full spectrum by means of providing games and entertainment opportunities directed towards the aims pursued by education. The organization shall seek optimum conditions for encouraging children's activities in the kindergarten, at school, and in the spare time. The organization shall provide children with equal opportunities for showing their creative skills, imagination, and fantasy.
